Day 1: Arrival Auckland - 2 nights (dinner included)
Designer boutiques, eateries, bars, health & beauty, and offices set in and around some of Auckland City's oldest buildings and new architecture at Britomart. Explore the new Britomark with a guided Walking Foody Tour in the City. 
Welcome dinner at Ahi Restaurant - The New Zealand food story

Day 2: Auckland - Day trip to Waiheke Island (lunch included)
Waiheke is a haven of beautiful vineyards, olive groves, and beaches, all just a 40-minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland. Visit us on beautiful Waiheke Island and enjoy an exclusive food and wine tour while relaxing in a Mediterranian climate. Discover how to shuck and prepare an oyster at Oyster Shucking at Oyster Inn with Josh Emmett.

Day 3: Auckland - Rotorua - 1 night (dinner included)
Visit Zealong Tea Estate for a tea ceremony and learn how New Zealand produces one of the purest teas in the world. On New Zealand's North Island, Rotorua is well-known for its fascinating geothermal activity, Māori culture, hot springs, and mud pools. Discover one of New Zealand’s most magnificent geothermal wonderland at Te Puia at night. Hear the stories of the past and feel the beauty of Pōhutu Geyser in an interactive journey guided by light.

Day 4: Rotorua – Lake Taupo – Hawkes Bay - 2 nights (lunch included)
Walk the short trek at Huka Falls.  Zip up your bee suit, become a beekeeper, and experience the wonderful world of bees! The beautiful Lake Taupō is about the size of Singapore – more of an inland sea, really. 
Visit the Art deco Town of Napier, located in Hawke's Bay, which has beautifully preserved 1930s architecture, and that is the city's special point of difference.

Day 5: Hawkes Bay - Area Tour (dinner included)
Enjoy an enjoyable half-day of Wine tastings across Hawkes bay, including the world-famous Gimblett Gravels. Learn about the stories of cheese - from an expert world-class cheesemaker Juliet Harbutt.  Finally, enjoy exclusive gourmet food and wine tour, ending with a garden to plate Cuisine at its finest Craggy Range Winery.

Day 6: Hawkes Bay – Martinborough - Wellington - 2 nights (dinner included)
Stop at a local award-winning bakery producing Artisan Baked products, enjoy a walk through Grey town's beautifully restored Victorian township, and enjoy a beer at the Brewery and Tasting Room at Martinborough. Packed with colonial charm, Martinborough features over 20 wineries, most within cycling and walking distance of the quaint village square. Logan Brown's new restaurant combines the New Zealand Parliament’s rich history with the legacy of Logan Brown restaurant.

Day 7: Wellington City - Area Tour (lunch included)
Discover the ultimate Walking Tour of New Zealand’s capital city, Wellington, and experience the unique food and drink explosion that has made Wellington the trendiest little capital in the world. Cautiously dubbed ‘the world’s tastiest laneway, wander through for boutique batch peanut butter sold from a window, a taste of the capital’s very own chocolate, or settle in at one of the local's favorite tucked away bars. Learn about our Heritage at the Karaka Wellington Café, boasting some of the best Aotearoa cuisine and dishes.

Day 8: Wellington – Domestic flight to Picton - 1 night (dinner included)
Marlborough is the largest wine-growing region and home of the world-renowned sauvignon blanc on New Zealand's South Island. Take a wine tour or explore the Marlborough Sounds. The winding waterways of the Marlborough Sounds make up one-fifth of New Zealand’s coastline. Excellent seafood and amazing scenery are just some of Marlboroughs delights. Learn about mussel and salmon farming on a Seafood Odysee cruise. Have a relaxing meal at one of our new innovative and successful Arbour Restaurant in the country. 

Day 9: Marlborough – Kaikoura - Christchurch - 2 nights (lunch included)
The picturesque coastal town of Kaikōura is the perfect place for marine life encounters, coastal walks. Kaikoura township is nestled snugly between the mountains and the sea, and its unique location means that it attracts all types of marine life. Tuck into some seafood specialties at the 
Karaka Cafe, home to one of New Zealand's most delectable present, the Rock Lobsters (Spiny Lobsters), or better known as Crayfish by the locals. 

Day 10: Christchurch City - forage tour and cooking class (lunch included)
Christchurch, the largest city on the South Island of New Zealand. It is one of the world's most unique destinations, combining urban regeneration with heritage, culture, and exhilarating activity. Visit a local indoor food Riverside market, and learn how to forage edible wild foods in the city with a local chef. Later on, take part in a cooking lesson using the products you have collected earlier. 

Day 11: Christchurch – Oamaru - 2 nights (dinner included)
Take a private tour with the owner of Dot,s incredible Oamaru Castle, followed by a gourmet lunch at the award-winning Riverstone Cafe. Visit Oamaru for the country’s oldest public gardens, renowned Victorian architecture, two penguin colonies, and Steampunk HQ. learn about the history of whisky-making at The Whisky New Zealand Collection. Be captivated by nature and watch the penguins in their natural habitat, either in their nests during the day or as they return home from the sea in the evening.

Day 12: Oamaru - Day trip to Moeraki Boulders (lunch included)
You can't drive along the North Otago coast without stopping to stare at the Moeraki Boulders - they're amazing! The boulders are mysteriously spherical stones scattered across a beach. Fleur’s Place is a little restaurant on the jetty in Moeraki Bay - a beach that’s otherwise famed for its curious rock formations and which also supplies the fish for Fleur Sullivan’s celebrated kitchen. British television chef and restaurateur Rick Stein chose Fleurs Place in Moeraki, his favorite restaurant in the world.

Day 13: Oamaru - Central Otago - Queenstown - 2 nights (dinner included)
Cromwell’s major industry is fruit growing – roadside fruit stalls are a delicious temptation. Stop at stunning Lake Wanaka. Located in the spectacular Alps of the South Island, visitors worldwide are drawn to the Wanaka region by its outstanding beauty.  
Visit an artisan Single Malt Distillery nestled in the beautiful Cardrona Valley, between Wanaka & Queenstown. Arrowtown is a living historic settlement with many stories to tell. Wander the tree-lined streets of restored cottages and explore gold mining sites. Finish your journey with a meal, the way we grew up eating at SLow Cuts restaurant. It's the kind of food you could eat just about every single day.
Day 14: Queenstown (a day for exploring)
Queenstown is one of New Zealand’s most exciting destinations. Surrounded by towering mountains, positioned on the edge of a lake, Queenstown is a hub of adventure, lots of fun, and great food. Whether you like to indulge in further food experiences or relax and enjoy the finer things in life, we will e able to help craft your perfect last day's itinerary.
