Before our trip to New Zealand, we were a little nervous because it was such a long journey. But from the moment we met Veronika our “Boss” 😉as we liked to call her she made everything completely stress free. The entire trip was seamless, and we never faced a single hiccup. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. Every day, she checked in with us, made sure everything was going well, and paid attention to even the smallest details. Even after our tour had officially ended, when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay a few extra days, she continued checking in to see if we needed anything, even though she didn’t have to.
We’d also like to thank Zuzana, who looked after us in the South Island. She was incredibly friendly, had a great sense of humor, and made every day enjoyable. She took wonderful care of us and made our time in the South Island truly special.
Thank you, Boss, and Zuzana, for making our New Zealand trip so memorable. Your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
